At Biiji Equine, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase—no questions asked.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- The item is returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
We understand that our products are made for use in real-world conditions, so returns are accepted even if the product has been used.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at hello@biijiequine.com with your order details. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back. Returns should be sent to:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@biijiequine.com so we can make it right.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and reviewed, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
